The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is a federally funded TRiO program that provides educational information, planning, and assistance in completing applications for admissions, financial aid and scholarships to low income/first generation individuals.

Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is a TRIO program 100% federally funded through the Department of Education, Title IV Higher Education Act. Administered through the Community College of Denver serving the six county metropolitan areas since 1974.

Population
- Adults age 19 or older
- Residents of the following six counties:
Eligibility
EOC services are free and available to individuals who:
- are U..S. citizens or eligible non-citizens
- are low Income and/or are the first in their family to attend college
- are interested in pursuing a GED, vocational training, certificate program or 4 year college degree
- have not received a 4-year bachelor degree
