The foundation of a mindful and joyful life is being present to the entirety of experience. Paying attention to bodily sensations, feelings, thoughts, emotions, and the vivid world we live in becomes the path to discovering contentment and joy in everyday life.
Previous experience in some form of mindfulness practice is encouraged. This class serves as a follow-up course to Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
