There is no better time than the present to consider and clarify your wishes for medical treatment in the event you become incapacitated. Preparing documents expressing those wishes ahead of time is a true gift to your loved ones and your physician, relieving them of the uncertainty of how you want to be treated.
In this workshop, we will review the various documents related to advance planning (medical power of attorney, living will, Five Wishes) and provide you with the necessary materials.
