DRUM ONE! DRUM ALL! - If you can talk, you can drum! Along with all the different types of fitness programs to choose from one of them is drumming. The classes are fun, easy, and accessible to anyone - regardless of age or physical condition - and it offers many health benefits, including boosting the immune system, improves circulation, reduces stress, produces endorphins, and right/left brain stimulation.

You may bring your own djembe drum or one will be provided for you.
