Violinist Barbara Barber and pianist David Korevaar have prepared a colorful program of chamber works for violin and piano written by Russian composers, both familiar and more obscure. Music by Igor Stravinsky, Sergei Prokofiev, Modest Mussorgsky, Dmitri Kabalevsky, Ivan Khandoshkin and Sergei Rachmaninoff will provide the audience with a generous taste of the tremendous talent being generated in Russia from the end of the 19th to the mid 20th centuries.

GUEST ARTIST: Dan Hollingshead is an artist who works almost exclusively with acrylic paint because of its versatility. He enjoys working with a variety of styles and subject matter, including paintings of all sizes and wall murals.
